Basic Policy (FY 2025)

We propel forward initiatives to develop a business foundation and create and increase value with the aim of achieving the targets of our fourth Medium-term Business Plan.
Thorough education and implementation regarding fundamental matters such as safety, compliance, and quality
  • We increase our capabilities of providing proposals, services, and quality for accommodating clients’ requests.
  • We make all of our employees thoroughly comply with relevant laws and follow our in-house rules.
  • Keeping in mind that safety takes precedence over everything else, we promote measures for eliminating six most common industrial accidents* that could result in serious injuries.

*Six most common industrial accidents: Entanglement, being caught by/in between motor-powered equipment, electrical shocks, falls, oxygen deficiency, and injuries due to specified chemical substances

Initiatives to achieve the fourth Medium-term Business Plan and earnings forecast for FY 2025
  • We enhance cooperation with clients and the UACJ Group and propel forward activities aimed at establishing new environmentally conscious business models such as a recycling-oriented business.
  • We promote high-value-added activities involving materials that offer additional value in order to boost gross profit margin.
  • We pursue new businesses, sectors, and areas and achieve success in them in order to expand our business.
Enhancement of the foundation that supports stable business operations and business expansion
  • We contribute to the UACJ Group’s profit and decisions on a direction to take by bearing in mind the importance (value) of information and effectively collecting, analyzing, and sharing it.
  • We acquire blue-chip business partners with the aim of raising our corporate value in the value chain.
  • We consider operations of the organization, design of systems, and frameworks with focus given to enhancement of human resources.
  • We promote effective use of cash, including reduction in inventories, while bearing the cash conversion cycle (CCC) in mind.
Initiatives aimed at realizing well-being
  • We consider and develop systems aimed at engagement improvement.
  • We promote activities aimed at fostering a corporate culture where everyone is fully familiar with Dei-Ay*.
  • We respect human rights, including the supply chains, and take action accordingly.
