initiatives to develop a business foundation and create and increase value with the aim of achieving the targets of our fourth Medium-term Business Plan.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-message__blocks\">\n<div class=\"p-message__block\">\n<div class=\"p-message__block-title\">Thorough education and implementation regarding fundamental matters such as safety, compliance, and quality<\/div>\n<ul class=\"p-message__block-list\">\n<li class=\"p-message__block-item\">We increase our capabilities of providing proposals, services, and quality for accommodating clients\u2019 requests.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-message__block-item\">We make all of our employees thoroughly comply with relevant laws and follow our in-house rules.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-message__block-item\">Keeping in mind that safety takes precedence over everything else, we promote measures for eliminating six most common industrial accidents* that could result in serious injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p establishing new environmentally conscious business models such as a recycling-oriented business.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-message__block-item\">We promote high-value-added activities involving materials that offer additional value in order to boost gross profit margin.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-message__block-item\">We pursue new businesses, sectors, and areas and achieve success in them in order to
